Rental Terms and Conditions
Any malfunction or technical issue with the rented equipment must be reported to Renmar DME as soon as possible by the renter or their designated representative.
The renter is fully responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of the equipment during the rental period. In such cases, Renmar DME reserves the right to charge the cost of repairs or the full retail value of the item.
Rental equipment is intended for use only by the individual who signed the rental agreement. It should not be used by others or treated as a toy, especially around children.
When not in use, equipment must be stored in a clean, dry environment to prevent damage.
Mobility equipment is not to be operated in the rain, snow, or on surfaces that are icy or slick.
Any injury or property damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper handling of the equipment is the responsibility of the renter.
By signing this agreement, the renter authorizes Renmar DME to charge their credit card on file for any outstanding rental fees, repair costs, or replacement charges if the equipment is lost or irreparably damaged.
Late payments are subject to a 2% monthly interest charge.
