A qualified professional will go to your home or facility to conduct a wheelchair assessment, often with your therapist present. You also have the option to visit Renmar in Bow for your assessment.

If you are acquiring a wheelchair or scooter through insurance, we will work with your healthcare providers to get the documentation required by your insurance company.

Renmar has foam and gel cushions in various sizes in stock at all times. We can help you select a specialty cushion such as seating and/or positioning cushions to accommodate your needs.

When the wheelchair or scooter is delivered to your home, we will ensure the chair is to your satisfaction and make any necessary adjustments to ensure optimal comfort.

Broda’s combination of Comfort Tension Seating®, 18˚ of adjustable Tilt-in-Space seating and unique feature set provides therapeutic pressure relief aiding in the treatment of pressure ulcers, edema and pain management providing enhanced comfort and quality of life.

The Sashay’s adjustable Hemi style floor to seat height paired with our front pivot point provides proper foot on floor placement which enables individuals to be placed in an ergonomically correct position for self-propulsion. Optional front mount mag wheels facilitate hand propulsion.

The Encore Pedal Wheelchair enables users to still self-propel via pedaling with their feet increasing their mobility and independence. The adjustable low hemi style floor-to-seat height paired with notable front pivot seat tilt provides proper foot-on-floor placement which enables individuals to pedal about and socialize and engage with their surroundings.

The Encore Pedal comes standard with universal legrest mounts and has optional Dynamic Rocking feature that has been seen to reduce depression, anxiety, and reduction in pain medication specifically for those with dementia or Alzheimer’s (source).
