We are a fast-growing company and are looking for a team player who wants to grow with us. We are seeking a Clinical Field DME Specialist to improve the quality of life for patients through access to high-quality Durable Medical Equipment (DME).

In this role, you’ll partner with rehabilitation departments, physician offices, and long-term care facilities to identify patient equipment needs, provide clinical guidance, and ensure patients receive the right mobility solutions.

This is a great fit for a clinically trained professional (OT, PT, OTA, PTA, or ATP) who enjoys working with both patients and providers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new, maintain and grow relationships with clinical professionals including Directors of Rehab, Directors of Nursing, Physicians and Practice Managers.

  • Engage with executive leadership at facilities and learn about their business, pain points and identify how Renmar DME can help them and their residents.

  • Guide patients and caregivers through equipment selection and coordinate documentation for insurance qualification.

  • Prepare equipment proposals and quotes tailored to patient and facility needs.

  • Conduct patient mobility evaluations in homes and healthcare settings to determine equipment needs.

  • Provide in-service education and product demonstrations for clinicians and facility staff.

  • Deliver mobility equipment to patient homes and healthcare settings, partnering with therapists.

  • Write email blasts to our customer base on current technologies or current relevant topics.

  • Serve as a trusted resource for healthcare partners regarding mobility solutions and assistive technology.

  • Collaborate with the internal operations and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.

Qualifications:

  • RESNA Certified Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) or eligible to obtain within 6 months.

  • Master’s Degree in a healthcare-related field (PT, OT, PTA, OTA) preferred.

  • 1 – 3 years of clinical and/or Complex Rehab Technology experience.

  • Experience in rehabilitation, patient mobility, or durable medical equipment.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

  • Organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage a regional territory

  • (travel up to 75%).

  • Persuasive and professional, with a high initiative and drive.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfortable using tablets / remote

  • technology.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
