We are a fast-growing company and are looking for a team player who wants to grow with us. We are seeking a Clinical Field DME Specialist to improve the quality of life for patients through access to high-quality Durable Medical Equipment (DME).
In this role, you’ll partner with rehabilitation departments, physician offices, and long-term care facilities to identify patient equipment needs, provide clinical guidance, and ensure patients receive the right mobility solutions.
This is a great fit for a clinically trained professional (OT, PT, OTA, PTA, or ATP) who enjoys working with both patients and providers.
Responsibilities:
Develop new, maintain and grow relationships with clinical professionals including Directors of Rehab, Directors of Nursing, Physicians and Practice Managers.
Engage with executive leadership at facilities and learn about their business, pain points and identify how Renmar DME can help them and their residents.
Guide patients and caregivers through equipment selection and coordinate documentation for insurance qualification.
Prepare equipment proposals and quotes tailored to patient and facility needs.
Conduct patient mobility evaluations in homes and healthcare settings to determine equipment needs.
Provide in-service education and product demonstrations for clinicians and facility staff.
Deliver mobility equipment to patient homes and healthcare settings, partnering with therapists.
Write email blasts to our customer base on current technologies or current relevant topics.
Serve as a trusted resource for healthcare partners regarding mobility solutions and assistive technology.
Collaborate with the internal operations and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
Qualifications:
RESNA Certified Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) or eligible to obtain within 6 months.
Master’s Degree in a healthcare-related field (PT, OT, PTA, OTA) preferred.
1 – 3 years of clinical and/or Complex Rehab Technology experience.
Experience in rehabilitation, patient mobility, or durable medical equipment.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage a regional territory
(travel up to 75%).
Persuasive and professional, with a high initiative and drive.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfortable using tablets / remote
technology.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
