We are a fast-growing company and are looking for a team player who wants to grow with us. We are seeking an Administrative & Sales Support Specialist to provide essential administrative and sales support to keep our business growing and running smoothly.

Administrative & Operations Support

  • Manage general office functions including filing, organizing electronic records, and preparing reports.

  • Support HR functions including employee onboarding and offboarding, benefit plan enrollments and terminations and internal communications.

  • Assist with recruiting including posting job openings, conducting phone screens with candidates, scheduling and coordinating interviews, performing reference checks, background checks and other pre-employment testing.

  • Complete and/or coordinate projects and assist with implementing internal process improvements.

  • Coordinate employee training.

  • Support policy and procedure organization and updates.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Sales Support

  • Complete inside sales calls, provide product/service information and ensure excellent customer service.

  • Track and update sales and customer data in CRM and other systems.

  • Run and analyze sales and operations reports to support business decisions.

  • Create customer estimates and process payments.

  • May conduct customer surveys and compile feedback for continuous improvement.

  • Perform market research as needed.

  • Schedule and coordinate in-service meetings.

  • Prepare presentations and other support as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 2 – 4 years of administrative, HR or sales support experience (or equivalent combination).

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with CRM and Quickbooks a plus.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and multiple systems in a fast paced environment.

  • Self-motivated, dependable and solutions oriented.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Full Time (Part Time is negotiable)

  • Bonus eligible based on team results.

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
